Who We Are
RanchView Senior Assisted Living, formerly known as Olivenhain Guest Home, was first founded in 1966 in the unincorporated area of Olivenhain (north of San Diego between Encinitas and Rancho Santa Fe). The first owners were considered pioneers in assisted living in the region, and for over half a century, the home has been a haven for seniors to age comfortably.
Respect & Dignity
We foster personal relationships with our residents and their families with the highest integrity.
At RanchView, we care for our residents as if they’re our own family members.
Our trained staff exceed state requirements and receive in-service training that helps promote the best care providers in the industry.
We have a secured perimeter environment and trained staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
RanchView is owned and operated by Jeffrey Settineri, a San Diegan who has dedicated his life to caring for our community’s elderly. His interest in caregiving began as a child when he watched his mother care for several elderly family members in a small home in North Park. As an adult, his parents supported his dream of creating a community of care. Today, he and his family own and operate RanchView and three other assisted living homes in greater San Diego.
